Vasudevan brings over three decades of experience across engineering, technology and product development, with deep expertise in semiconductor, VLSI, hardware design and product engineering. He has built and led technology businesses, shaped strategic initiatives and developed ecosystem partnerships that bring together semiconductor companies, manufacturers, IP providers and other industry stakeholders.

Vasudevan spent the majority of his career at Wipro, where he began in R&D, working on hardware design for servers and storage systems. He subsequently built and led Wipro’s VLSI and hardware design practice, serving as its Global Head for 12 years and growing the business into a $100 million operation. As Vice President – Semiconductor and Systems, he played a key role in strengthening Wipro’s semiconductor and systems ecosystem, forging partnerships across the technology value chain.

Vasudevan is also a member of the Executive Council of the India Electronics & Semiconductor Association (IESA), contributing to the development of India’s electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.

He holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
