Ayan Mukerji brings over 35 years of experience across the global IT and technology services industry, with a career spanning large enterprises, private equity-backed businesses and high-growth technology companies across the US, India and Europe.

During his nearly three-decade tenure at Wipro, Ayan served as Chief Executive of the Technology, Media, Telecom and Product Engineering (TMT) business, leading a portfolio of approximately $2 billion. His experience spans business leadership, transformation, growth strategy, client relationships and the building of high-value technology services businesses at global scale.

Ayan subsequently joined Infogain, a private equity-backed technology services company based in the Bay Area, as Chief Executive. Over six years, he played a key role in transforming and scaling the business, strengthening its growth trajectory and positioning it for a successful exit.

Today, Ayan works with CEOs, founders and private equity firms as an investor, advisor and mentor. He brings a strong operator’s perspective to helping technology and services businesses build sustainable enterprise value—from strengthening business fundamentals and accelerating growth to driving transformation, improving organisational performance and preparing businesses for successful outcomes.

Ayan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
