Ashish brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience, including two decades in CFO and senior finance roles, helping global enterprises navigate growth, transformation and complex business decisions. His expertise spans P&L leadership, deal structuring, M&A, due diligence and outcome-based commercial models, with a strong focus on driving sustainable value.

Over the course of his career, Ashish has shaped high-value outsourcing engagements, led the financial aspects of cross-border acquisitions and built scalable finance organisations across markets. He brings a strategic perspective to complex commercial decisions, helping enterprises, startups and investors assess opportunities, manage risk and unlock value.

During his tenure at Wipro and WMNetServe, Ashish held a range of senior finance leadership roles across diverse markets and geographies. At Wipro, he was responsible for P&Ls exceeding $6 billion, where he strengthened financial performance, addressed margin pressures and introduced outcome-based commercial models. His initiatives delivered $60 million in post-COVID savings and a 600-basis-point expansion in margins.

As CFO of WMNetServe, he established finance operations across India, the UK and Turkey, while strengthening partner networks and improving supply-chain efficiency.

Ashish is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi.
